In addition, during night sleep, your body produces a number of special hormones, which rejuvenate the body and cleanse everything unnecessary. Among them is the weight loss hormone (somatotropin), thanks to which we lose weight in our sleep.

1. An important advantage is that you will eat often, but little by little. This helps to dissipate metabolism and relieve tension from the digestive system.
2. The use of large amounts of water will make you more active, as metabolic processes are accelerated, including the process of fat burning.
