One month with my sister diet prescribed by a nutritionist and is very efficient. Its nice that is hardly starving. For the first two weeks I took off 4 kg and my sister 6 kg and to this day – 26th day we lost- I lostΒ 7 kg and my sister 10 kg.
In case I have one big advantage and it is that my sister and she respects me and diet is even stricter and the refrigerator is almost empty!
