7 Days Cleansing Diet

FOR SEVEN DAYS OF VEGETABLES AND JUICES WILL READING digestive system-
and will prevent SPREAD OF fatty lumps.

1-DAY

After getting out of sleep: a glass of mineral water with juice of one lemon.
Breakfast: In 1 cup fresh milk (fat 1.5%) mix 3
tablespoons granola, 1 tablespoon yoghurt and 1 apple, chopped
saturated.
10 hours: 200 ml cherry juice.
Lunch: Boil in salted water 30 g rice. When cool,

16 hours: 200 ml cherry juice.
Dinner: same as lunch.
Before bed: 1-2 cups of herbal tea.

2-AND THE 5-DAY

Throughout the day, every hour, when the diet is not otherwise specified
drink a glass of mineral water.
8:00: glass of mineral water with juice of 1 lemon.
10:00: 2 cups of herbal tea.
12:00: 250-300 ml vegetable juice – such as carrots, spinach,
cabbage, tomatoes, celery, turnips, peppers. If you find it difficult to
do you prepare, cook and blend the same vegetables.
14 hours: 2 cups of herbal tea.
16 hours: 200 ml juice of choice.
19 hours: in 12 hours.
21 hours: a cup of herbal tea.

6-DAY

After getting out of sleep: a glass of mineral water with the juice of 1 lemon.
10:00: slice of bread, spread with 1 tablespoon cream, half
apple 1-2 cups of herbal tea.
12-13 hours: 300 ml vegetable juice or puree (potatoes and pulses are
prohibited).
15 hours: 1 orange, 1 baked apple, a cup of herbal tea.
18-19 hours: Potato soup, 400 ml vegetable broth, 150 g car-
tofi and 2 tablespoons oil.
21 hours: a cup of herbal tea.

Throughout the day and drink 1.5 liters of mineral water.

7-DAY

After getting out of sleep: a glass of mineral water with juice of 1 lemon.
7-8 hours: 2 slices whole wheat bread, thinly spread with margarine
50 g yogurt, coffee or black tea.
10:00: The 4 tablespoons Grate yogurt 1 apple.
12-13 hours: In 150 ml vegetable broth boil 150 grams of potatoes. Gar-
tioning them with boiled carrots and wash it with lemon
juice and 2 tablespoons oil. 1 tomato salad.
15 hours: 1 orange and 1 apple compote.
18-19 hours: Cut into rings 250 g leeks and peppers. Boil them in
soup 250 ml vegetable broth.
21 hours: a cup of herbal tea
