At the very least, it must include a manual, though preferably it should also include a series of video tutorials so you can get up and running in the shortest amount of time. And in this same vein, you don’t want a BC Ecommerce tool that’s cost prohibitive or has such a steep learning curve that you end up spending weeks or months learning how to use it.
